Hey there, I'm Larissa, and I'm the driving force behind Well & Good Collective. I founded Well & Good Collective with a singular mission: To ignite inspiration in others for optimal overall health and well-being. My journey into nutrition and well-being advocacy spans 14 years, during which I've grappled with my own autoimmune disorders, chronic digestive issues, weight management challenges, and energy fluctuations.
Overcoming Health Challenges
Despite numerous visits to GPs, consultations with specialists, and undergoing multiple surgeries, my health remained elusive. Fuelled by this frustration, I immersed myself in studying and researching nutrition. Eventually, the breakthrough came when the right functional medicine doctor diagnosed me with an array of challenges – food intolerances, autoimmune disorders, PCOS, endometriosis, digestive issues, a disrupted microbiome, liver problems, and IBS.
A Holistic Journey - Dietary Transformation
Determined to find solutions, I experimented with various diets over time, leading to a transformative discovery. I drastically reduced the impact of these health conditions and established an enjoyable eating routine that not only banished bloating but also became a life-altering experience. Sustained energy levels and stabilised weight followed suit.

Remarkable Personal Transformation
Now, for the thrilling revelation –In just over 12 months, I underwent a remarkable transformation, shedding an astonishing 34 kilograms and effectively managing my autoimmune disorders. This achievement marks a testament to the power of personalised, sustainable well-being practices.
